No one is safe from The Pink Logs, not even the folks running the Oval Office. Here you will see McCain & Palin and Obama & Biden with The Pink logs. We can't guarantee who will win the election this year, but we can guarantee whoever it is, they haven't seen the last of The Pink Logs.

Crystal Method - Now Is The Time (Vote '08)
Like 38 million other Americans, we were transfixed listening to
Obama's acceptance speech at the Democratic National Convention. It
reminded us of the creative process we went through all those years
ago, listening to samples of inspiring old civil rights speeches and
creating the original "Now Is The Time." We don't often
revisit old songs but we've been spending so much time looking
forward as we work on our new album it seemed appropriate to take a
minute to look back at the beginning. Plus, right now, no American
could be hurt by hearing another inspiring message whether it's on
the morning news or at the club later that night. This is a song we
just want people to hear.
We encourage you to take a listen

of a FREE download of the "Now Is The Time" Vote '08
Remix!
We understand there are many people who have different
opinions and political views than we do, and that's fine. As
Americans, we feel it is important for all of us to voice our views
and encourage others to do the same. That's why on November 4th we
implore everybody to vote for the candidates you feel will be best
for our country.
We hope you enjoy this mix for what it is...
a rocking jam that is meant to inspire you to move. Which way you go
is up to you.

A.I. - Hey Now (Sarah Palin Remix) (A.I. Music)
A.i. is a futuristic three-piece from California's fashion-forward
capital, West Los Angeles, featuring robotic dance beats, hipster
synth melodies and the well-trained but youthful vocal styling's of
Nick Young. "Hey Now!" from the album Sex & Robots is
a sex-charged single that received attention all over radio,
including support from KROQ Los Angeles by way of Kat Corbett's
"Locals Only" show. Taking the best from electronic, a stylish
nod to rock and a fresh take on the old new wave sound, A.i. received
massive props from tastemakers. Here's some of what they are
saying: "A perfect blend of rock and electronic elements...dance
music with balls!" enthuses KROQ's Kat, while Nine
Inch Nails producer/remixer Chris
Vrenna says, "One of the most exciting bands I've
heard in ages...they are true modern rock stars." This video for
"Hey Now!" is the second video made for this single, this time
featuring Sarah Palin, just in time for the election. For the
original video, naked Barbie dolls in nasty poses and info, log on to

EAGLES OF DEATH
METAL BACK ON TOP: After a week away, SoCal desert warriors
Eagles of Death Metal have reclaimed the top spot on the Mediaguide
Alternative Specialty Song chart with "Wannabe in L.A." (Rekords
Rekords/Downtown), which accumulates enough airplay to also finish
atop the Album index. Their new album, Heart On, hits stores
today and the band will commence a tour in support of the album on
October 30 in Seattle; for full details, surf on over to
www.myspace.com/eaglesofdeathmetal.
Stereophonics stay strong and remain firmly ensconced at No.2 on the
Song side for the second consecutive week with "My Own Worst
Enemy," helping their new greatest hits package, Decade in the
Sun (Fontana), to a No.6 showing on the Album end. Top debut
honors on the Song side this week go to Little Joy, a new band
featuring Strokes drummer Fabrizio Moretti, vocalist/guitarist
Rodrigo Amarante of Los Hermanos and Los Angeles musician Binki
Shapiro. They took their name from the lounge down the street from
their Echo Park residence and their eponymous debut will be available
November 4 from Rough Trade; lead single "Keep Me in Mind" got
the project off to a promising start, bowing at No.3 this week.
They'll be kicking off a tour in Minneapolis on November 7; full
dates can be found at www.myspace.com/littlejoymusic.
The other top debuts this week belong to Paramore, with "Decode"
landing at No.6 on the Song side and helping the Twilight OST
(Chop Shop/Atlantic) to a No.17 position on the Album end, and Of
Montreal, whose "Id Engager" bows at No.8, the same position held
on the Album chart by full-length Skeletal Lamping
(Polyvinyl). Big move on the Album index for Snow Patrol, who land at
No.2 this week with A Hundred Million Suns (Geffen),
highlighted by the No.7 Song chart position for "Take Back the
City."
